Thank you Chamikara. I will give a descriptive reason as to whether why we should use 5S in our workplace.
Companies often struggle to improve efficiencies and wonder how best to go about maximising value while reducing waste. With the help of the 5s principles, a business can accomplish these goals without spending a lot of money to do so. The 5s principles are part of the lean manufacturing system developed by Toyota, yet any company can implement them with ease and see great results upon doing so.
This is good and effective method for improving the internal standards of a work place. Other than the work place this can be applied to our day today life also....
The benefits of 5S for Lean are significant.Implementing 5S in the organization will increase the productivity. Therefore Every organization should make attempts to build a 5S culture. Your effort in achieving this,is highly appreciated.
Hi Prasad it is interested to see such a simple arrangement for 5s and total content can be understand to any person ,and safety if can add on top of the 5s and then it says six 6s

Delete5S is not for the office. It needs to make our life style and apply through out the entire life. It is certain that it can make your life easy.
